Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping at Vinga Home depends on which freight forwarder you choose, but we offer a standard delivery for 9.9 Euro. You as a customer always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving the product. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, ie undamaged in unbroken packaging. Items that are engraved or personified fall outside the right of withdrawal and can thus not be returned for repurchase. 

How to return / exchange a product
1. Send an email to info@vingahome.com
2. Include your order number (it is in your order confirmation)
3. Let us know which product you would like to return, and preferably include the reason
4. We will get back to you with return instructions and information about the return shipping cost.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.
