SHIPMENT
Shipping cost 9.9 EURO.


DELIVERY
items ordered before 12:00 on weekdays is usually sent the same day. If you have placed an order during the evening or a weekend, the goods will be packed and sent to you during the next working day. Vinga Home delivers the products in collaboration with Schenker. Delivery time is normally 3 to 4 working days if the products are in stock at Vinga Home. The current delivery time is stated on your order confirmation. 


DELAYED DELIVERY
All deliveries are made after notification. When delivering/delivering the products, the customer must always present identification. Only the person whose name is on the package may collect it from the package agent. It is therefore important that you provide the correct information when ordering.

If a delivery delay occurs, the customer is notified by e-mail or telephone from Vinga Home. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of long-term delivery delays. Cancellation of purchases must be made in writing via e-mail to Vinga Home customer service. There may be times when it is impossible to fulfill an order, for example when the supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to Vinga Home. Vinga Home, therefore, reserves the right to disclaim all claims for compensation from the customer regarding delivery delays.

Vinga Home is responsible for the risk of transport to the customer, i.e. the risk of a product being damaged or lost during transport to the customer. The customer bears the risk in the event of a return to Vinga Home


TRANSPORT DAMAGE
The customer is responsible for reporting any transport damage to Vinga Home customer service within a reasonable time. Vinga Home urges the customer to report the damage as soon as possible, for smooth handling of the case. The customer is responsible for unpacking and inspecting the condition of the products as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of transport damage, the customer must contact Vinga Home customer service by e-mail: info@vingahome.com and, if possible, attach photos of the damage. In the event of transport damage, the customer may not use the product and the customer must keep the product's packaging so that the entire package and product can be inspected when handling a damage case.


PRICE
The prices include VAT at 25%. Upon confirmed order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that Vinga Home does not have control over, such as changed VAT. We reserve the right to make printing errors such as prices, specifications, etc.


PAYMENT
Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment, and direct payment. If you choose to pay by invoice, it has a due date of 14 days, the invoice is sent from Klarna. You will always receive a delivery note with your order. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN & CHANGE
With us at Vinga Home, you as a customer always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after you have received the product. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, ie undamaged in unbroken packaging. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping. We will refund your money within 30 days if you as a consumer cancel the purchase.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, we have the right to make a deduction corresponding to the reduction in value that has arisen as a result of the customer having handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day the customer has received the product.

COMPLAINT
We check each shipment before it is sent to you, but should the item still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake to correct the error free of charge.

Always contact our customer service before sending back an item, remember to enter customer number or invoice number when contacting. Email to info@vingahome.com.

Vinga Home cannot reimburse shipping costs if the customer has sent a complaint on their own, without first contacting Vinga Home customer service.
