HOW TO SEASON YOUR PAN
Your carbon steel pan needs to be seasoned before use to achieve the best possible cooking surface.
Here's how to do it.
Wash with hot water for a few minutes to remove the wax coating.
Turn on the fan and open the windows for good ventilation.
Set the stove to low heat and pour in about one tablespoon of oil.
Use paper to coat the entire inside with oil. Then slowly increase the heat until it starts to smoke. Repeat this step with fresh oil 4–6 times.
Let your pan cool down and then wash it with hot water. Dry immediately.
Your pan is now ready to use. The more you use it, the blacker it becomes.
