HOW TO SEASON CAST IRON
Before you begin, it’s a good idea to roughly clean your cast iron pan with
a stiff brush to remove old food residues.
Set the oven to its highest temperature.
Unscrew the wooden handle.
Coat every part of your pan with vegetable oil, both inside and outside.
Turn on the fan and open the windows for good ventilation.
Leave in the oven for one hour at maximum temperature. Let it cool down and it's ready to use.
